IBPS PO Selection Process
The IBPS organization will conduct the three selection stages for the PO posts.
- The first will be the Online Prelim Test- 100 Q of 100 marks in 60 min
- The second will be the Online Main Test- 155 Q of 200 marks in 03 hours
- The third will be an interview round
IBPS PO Pay Scale
The pay scale of the 07th pay commission will apply to the IBPS PO posts. The PO posts come in Scale I post in banks and the starting package will be more than Rs 35000.
